(1) When the acoustic measuring tube is buried, it is necessary to ensure that the acoustic measuring tubes are relatively parallel and symmetrical, and the acoustic measuring probe can be synchronized and freely expanded and contracted in the acoustic measuring tube. When measuring, the acoustic measuring tubes are tested separately in a group of 2 to ensure the accuracy of the test.
(2) Ultrasonic testing of bridge pile foundation concrete should be carried out 4 weeks after the completion of the bridge pile foundation concrete construction. During the test, the pile head should be excavated and destroyed, and the surface should be smoothed before measurement. If necessary, lay cement mortar on the surface of the pile head to level the detection surface. When removing the pile head, care should be taken to prevent impurities, etc. from entering the acoustic tube.
(3) When pre-embedded, the acoustic measuring tube should be firmly tied to the steel bar and not welded to the steel bar. The acoustic measuring pipe mouth interface is spot-welded to the main steel bar. For the selected acoustic measuring pipe, it is necessary to pay attention to its thickness to meet the design requirements. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the welding quality for the welding in the acoustic measuring tube to ensure the free expansion and contraction of the acoustic measuring probe.
(4) The collected ultrasonic data needs to be clear and accurate, and strict law experiments are carried out before testing to ensure that the transmitted waveform is clear and the sound is accurate. Ensure the accuracy of ultrasonic testing.
(5) When using ultrasonic technology to inspect concrete of bridge pile foundations, it is necessary to consider the adverse effects of superimposed waves on the inspection to ensure the accuracy of the inspection.
